We are fortunate to add Roger to our team at Renegade Staging!  He brings over 35 years of Event Rental industry knowledge and experience. He is a veteran in the industry and one of the foremost

professionals specializing in event staging and spectator seating. He has been involved in the planning and execution of events across the country, mostly catering to the sports, corporate and entertainment markets. 

Roger is the former owner of Performance Staging Inc, one of the largest event rental houses in the Midwest and Central Florida. Over the years, Roger has also worked very closely with the manufacturers, BilJax and StageRight, to design and develop new products for this ever evolving industry. As a matter of fact, these products and upgrades are being offered and used currently in both manufacturers product line. Roger is the best problem solver in the industry. He can reach into his bag of tricks and the next thing you know, the problem is solved. It is amazing to watch his brain work and overcome each challenge with a unique solution. He is a true pro at his craft.

Karla Mitchell

Co-Founder & Director of Event Services

Karla jumped into the event and hospitality industry the day after she graduated from CMU. With 12+ years of experience in the event rental industry she is an expert in on-site management. She

approaches each and every event and/or rental as if it were her own! Always looking at it through the clients eyes. Her unique style and experience allow her to assist you setting up your rental with ease and confidence. Karla is also a co founder of Renegade staging.

Janet Harsen

Accounting

Janet brings 30+ years of experience in banking and bookkeeping to our team here at Renegade. Working in the mortgage, real estate, and title industry hand in hand with

attorneys, bankers, and lenders for better than 15 years. She also works with and for various CPA’s. She is a mother to three grown kids and grandmother to three beautiful grandchildren, who she adores. When she’s not at work here, she is running her own small business, “Creative Designs by Janet”. Where she is the artist behind her crafting, sewing, and gift baskets for juried craft shows. She has a strong passion and an eye for design.

Bill Fobare

​Operations & Logistics

Bill brings 30+ years of experience as a supervisor in multi building projects for the state of Michigan and a local business owner, where he managed multiple crews.

He brought his skills and knowledge to the event industry 5 years ago working with a leading event rental company. Bill has taken his wide range of skills and tailored it to the custom event equipment industry and is a unique asset to our team.

Elaine Quesada

Co-Founder & Sales/Customer Service Coordinator

 Elaine brings over 20 years of experience to Renegade Staging. She started her career working a part time position at a sound and lighting rental company.

She has worked her way through the ranks and has held several different positions within the event rental industry. Her well rounded experience and knowledge allows her to have excellent repour with her clients and customers. She will continue as a rental sales and customer service coordinator. Elaine’s pride and passion is helping clients put together great events and handling every little detail, to ensure your event is a success! Elaine is also one of the co-founders of Renegade Staging, LLC and looks forward to being a part of a women owned company.
